Wendy caught these out of the corner of her eye when we were driving south to Morrison. We were in a bit of a rush so we didn’t go back but promised to stop on the way back north. So she kept her eyes open and found them again on the drive home! There looks to be ~3 to a nest! I can only imagine mom and dad are busy filling those gullets!
I didn’t have a real long lens but slapped the TC-2e III on the 70-200 f2.8 nikkor VRII and snapped away. I may have been using the RRS monopod as well, but I can’t remember now… old age!
